Friends of the Children is a nationwide organization that breaks the cycle of generational poverty. The National Network Office supports chapters and affiliates, and leads national efforts to scale the model so that more of our nation's highest-risk children receive a Friend.

Background Screening Requirement

In order to be an intern or volunteer with Friends of the Children - Utah, an organization affiliated with the National Council of Nonprofits or one of their State Associations, each candidate is required to have a criminal background check completed prior to beginning their service.

Once your background check is complete, the results will be made available to Friends of the Children - Utah for their review.
