Our Vision

Our vision is to create thriving, economically stable communities in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. We strive to accomplish this vision via our mission, to empower individuals from rural / underserved communities in Guanacaste, Costa Rica to develop the skills they need to seize educational and economic opportunities for themselves and their families.

Background Screening Requirement

In order to be a volunteer or employee with Abriendo Mentes, each candidate is required to have a criminal background check completed prior to begining their service.

Volunteers: a credit card will be required to complete your order.

The results of your completed background check will be made available to Abriendo Mentes upon completion.
