Background Screening Requirement

In order to maintain standards of quality, the trust of partner organizations, the safety of participants, and contract compliance, applicants for employment at OATS (as well as those that wish to volunteer) may be subject to some or all of the following searches and background checks as a condition of their engagement with us: social security verification, previous employment and educational verification, fingerprinting, educational and/or professional licensing credentials, and criminal background checks.
