About Mind-Builders Creative Arts Center

Mind-Builders Creative Arts Center provides quality Music, Dance, Theater, Voice, and Martial Arts classes for 400 students a year. Group and private lessons provide study in modern/jazz, tap, ballet, hip-hop, salsa, praise, and African dance forms, martial arts, saxophone, flute, clarinet, Suzuki violin, standard violin, guitar, bass, drum/percussion, keyboard, piano, and voice. In addition, Mind-Builders offers two workshop programs for teens, the Positive Youth Troupe musical theater program, and the Community Folk Culture intern research program.

Background Screening Requirement

In order to be a volunteer or employee with Mind-Builders Creative Arts Center, an organization affiliated with the National Council of Nonprofits or one of their State Associations, each candidate is required to have a criminal background check completed prior to beginning their service.

By selecting the appropriate option from the list below, you will ensure
that the correct type of background check is conducted on your behalf.

Once your background check is complete, the results will be made available to Mind-Builders Creative Arts Center for their review.
