Our Values

Our values guide us to achieve our mission. Each value applies not only to our youth, Friends, and program teams, but also applies to all Friends of the Children Fargo-Moorhead employees, volunteers, and partners. We use our values to make informed decisions; to hire, coach, and manage; and most importantly, we use our values to change the way the world treats and views our most vulnerable youth.

Background Screening Requirement

In order to be a volunteer or employee with Friends of the Children Fargo-Moorhead, an organization affiliated with the National Council of Nonprofits or one of their State Associations, each candidate is required to have a criminal background check completed prior to begining their service.

Once your background check is complete, the results will be made available to Friends of the Children Fargo-Moorhead for their review.
