The Ellsworth Public Library is located on the banks of the Union River in downtown Ellsworth, Maine.

Background Screening Requirement
In order to be an employee with the Ellsworth Public Library, an organization affiliated with the National Council of Nonprofits or one of their State Associations, each candidate is required to have a criminal background check completed prior to begining their service.
Once your background check is complete, the results will be made available to the Ellsworth Public Library for their review.
