The purpose of KCCSI is to help people improve their lives by empowering families, individuals and communities to become sustainable, while raising sensitivity regarding the effects of poverty.
Background Screening Requirement
In order to be a volunteer or employee with Kankakee County Community Services, an organization affiliated with the National Council of Nonprofits or one of their State Associations, each candidate is required to have a criminal background check completed prior to beginning their service.
Once your background check is complete, the results will be made available to Kankakee County Community Services for their review.
