Arizona Serve Mission

The mission of Arizona Serve is “to empower communities to address poverty through service and volunteerism.” Arizona Serve envisions that “healthy, compassionate, engaged, and vibrant communities are able to meet their own needs and create their own visions for a sustainable and just future.”

Background Screening Requirement

In order to be a program participant, volunteer or employee with Arizona Serve, an organization affiliated with the National Council of Nonprofits or one of their State Associations, each candidate is required to have a criminal background check completed prior to begining their service.
